Microdosing Protocol: There are a couple different protocols: 1 day on and 2-3 days off or Paul Stament’s newer protocol of five days on and 2 off. Some experimentation might be required to figure out what works best for you. It is recommended to start with a lower dosage if you are new to microdosing.
NOTE: If you are taking anti-depressants or any type of medication for mood disorders it is a good idea to consult your family physician before microdosing. Those with a history of schizophrenia or psychotic disorders are strongly recommend NOT to take psilocybin or microdose.
Usage: Take 1 gummy. Full affect can take 30 to 90 minutes. Increase your dosage by no more than 1 capsule per day to find the ideal dosage without risking over medicating.
